We strive to deliver high-quality IT services but do not guarantee that Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Services are provided “as is,” and CocdefyTech disclaims all warranties except those explicitly stated in written project agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CocdefyTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of our Services or any deliverables, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received during the project. Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the terms of the project agreement. CocdefyTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
